Goode Landscape Studio (GOODE) is a growing woman-owned landscape architecture firm based in Providence, RI seeking an Entry Level Landscape Designer with 0-3 years of professional experience.

In this position, you will work directly with Associates and Principals throughout each phase of a project from conceptual proposals to construction documentation. The Entry Level Designer role focuses heavily on research, production graphics, 3D modeling, and drafting. However, this role will have high visibility to clients and requires a level of maturity, professionalism, and leadership potential. Working for a boutique firm also means no two days are alike. You will gain a wide variety of experiences across diverse project types, and should be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Required Qualifications:
0-3 Years of experience
BLA or MLA from an accredited institution
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently when needed and manage your time
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Takes initiative and has strong creative problem-solving skills
Strong visual representation skills
Aptitude for hand sketching and analog model making
A passion for lifelong learning
Uphold an office culture centered on respect, compassion, humor, and collaboration
Additional Qualifications:
Familiarity with GIS, Excel, Twinmotion, or AfterEffects is a plus
Experience in construction documentation is a plus
Knowledge of New England plant materials is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range of $51,000 to $61,000 to start depending on qualifications and experience. Annual raises based on inflation and performance.
